What new products have come out in last 12 to 18 months?

The reason that I'm asking is because I'm taking product development and need to figure out some new product to do a report on. I will award the best answer based on description.

1. Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast thing. I had some a couple months ago at a tail gateing party. I have never found a store that sells it yet in the frozen food section, so it must be pretty new. It was grubbin'.
