What are the important things I need to know in computer networking?

Im planning to apply for a job in a call center. I put in my resume that I have a basic understanding in computer networking. Now I'm wondering what are the basic question they will ask me about computer networking? What are important things I need to know in Networking?

1. Know your cables such as Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat7. You have to understand how to wire complex mappings of computers and learn how to use the admin to control it. Firewalls etc etc racks too

4. For the position you are applying for - you will be expected to know: What is a logon? What is a secure password? How do you map a network drive? How do you find a file on a network? Your not applying for a sysadmin job. They will not expect you to understand network administration. They want to to understand how to be a user of a network
